Students can also learn from the practice of multiple credit systems in the UK. Students can freely choose the credit system of full three years of lectures, the credit system of one-year internship for two years, or the credit system of half-year internship for two years and half of lectures. Moreover, this kind of internship is arranged in the middle of the period of university study, so that students can return to school through the internship. Completion of the process from theory to practice to theory improvement, and the current Chinese universities basically implement the form of pre-graduation practice; Nowadays, many modern factories have set up “factory Open Day”, which can organize students and parents to have an in-depth understanding of the organization and operation of modern factories. College counselors should also improve their understanding and guide college students to establish a correct view of career choice actively in the employment guidance work.
2. Accelerating the establishment of a supporting system for vocational and technical education
It is suggested to speed up the approval and construction of vocational and technical universities. Therefore, our country also needed to encourage large industrial enterprises to shoulder the social responsibility of internships from the legal level. We will gradually narrow the gap between the retirement salaries of retired employees in enterprises and public institutions, and fundamentally reverse the view of employment that does not respect skilled jobs.
(3) Strive to increase training channels, broaden the grading certification system to strengthen the functions of industry associations, labor vocational certification institutions and other units, standardize labor vocational training institutions, regularly organize the training of technicians and labor skills appraisal (the existing fairly standardized national or industrial standards), to give “identity” to the talents with skills but no diploma in short supply; At the same time, it is suggested to shorten the period of application for labor vocational skill appraisal and establish a certification system based on proficiency test. Policies should be introduced to encourage the joint efforts of certification institutions and universities to accelerate the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents with “diploma + skill certificate”. For example, a university welding major and the German welding association, training international welding talents to achieve a monthly salary of more than ten thousand.
(4) Expand the channels for introducing teachers to higher vocational colleges
The proportion of practical operation tutors should be greatly increased in higher vocational colleges and technician colleges. The introduction and evaluation criteria of teachers should be established based on the evaluation of the industry and students. Deepen the flexible introduction of outside tutors to participate in the teaching system; Give technical tutors academic status and honor in various forms. Vocational colleges and technical colleges can learn from each other and achieve each other.
