In particular, the one-click ordering function for SPR type orders has been praised by all customers. In the past, such orders required customers to upload products manually and then match the SPR price, now customers only need to select the SPR number and click to place an order. Siemens Digital Industries China has tens of thousands of such orders every year, which greatly saves the time for customers to place orders and improves customer satisfaction. The new order review function will verify the life cycle of materials, special requirements of packaging and logistics, will do compliance checks, and give tips at the first time, so that customers and sales can take timely measures, greatly avoiding later correction costs.
Since the rapid order platform was officially launched for more than half a year, it has helped customers place orders more conveniently and saved more than 50% of the order process time, and has received unanimous praise from customers:

Thanks to the standard components offered by Mendix, the project team took advantage of the available components to speed up development and bring the rapid ordering system online quickly. At the same time, combined with high code, we developed customized modules to meet specific business needs, and standardized those modules with common value and put them back in the Mendix Marketplace to contribute to the Mendix ecosystem, forming a virtuous circle.
The rapid ordering system is currently the largest application of Mendix in Siemens China, and it has also made a lot of beneficial attempts in technology and made some breakthrough progress. With the strong support of the management of Siemens Digital Industry Group, the IT department of Siemens Digital Industry Group China is committed to innovation and responsibility, and finally implemented this complex medium and large scale system using Mendix low-code development.

This is a breakthrough for Siemens in China.
3) Material master data is about 2 million, discount master data is also about 2 million. At Siemens China, this is a record amount of data for the Mendix App.
Building on the excellent results already achieved, Siemens Digital Industries plans to continue to optimize and expand the development of rapid ordering systems, mainly in the following areas:
Order logic enhancement, including intelligent material retrieval, maximum order quantity, order control process, etc.
System connectivity optimization, including connectivity to SPR, single sign-on to existing DIomis systems, MARs API enhancement, etc.
User interface optimization, including expanding customer reach, user interface optimization, optimizing customer experience, etc.
