Meeting these challenges requires innovative solutions and strong partners. At the industry’s leading intelligent automation and robotics show, we will show you how smart components, digital services and comprehensive application knowledge can significantly improve the flexibility, efficiency and sustainability of your production processes.
Whether you are in the early stages of planning an automation project or want to optimize an existing production process, we have the right solutions and innovative products to help you get ahead of the latest technology application knowledge.
New products on display this time
The new pneumatic positioning device PPD is one of the new products we are showcasing at automatica. It can accurately control the fingers of the manipulator in a variety of ways, and the grasping force and speed can be adjusted. Prestoring application parameters saves debugging time.
The new generation of linear motors – SLD systems, with fast dynamic response, heavy load linear shaft and shorter cycle times, help users increase productivity during high-speed assembly and handling.
Easy automation
Smart components and digital services: A user-friendly 2D visual grab kit developed by Shuonk for handling individual objects randomly placed on a flat surface with easy initial setup. In this regard, Shuonk also provides a complete and coordinated hardware, software and service package for all types of robots.
Automation applications for the electric vehicle and life science industries
Today’s trends are clearly pointing towards sustainability and resource-saving technologies: we are providing future-proof automation solutions for our two focus areas of electric vehicles and life sciences.
Application example: The production process of the issuing card stator is automated and the productivity is improved effectively. Combining high-speed linear modules and flexible dual manipulators, Schonker has successfully reduced the time required for a single insertion operation to 1 second and achieved repeated positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm.
Flexible handling in demanding environments
Flexible and robust PGL-plus-P manipulators with safe grip retention, integrated IOL sensor systems and standard H1 food-grade greases are suitable for medical and pharmaceutical applications or the food industry.
The new mechatronics manipulators EGU and EGK set new benchmarks in terms of flexibility, interface diversity and process reliability.
Automation tasks can be reliably performed in harsh processing environments or clean laboratory environments
Equipped with grip holding function that monitors drop
No need to go back to the origin during integration or after startup, saving time and effortMake automated processes easy to understand
Simplicity and efficiency are the clear goals of automation specialist Schonker!
In addition to the above products and solutions, Schonker will share with automatica practical examples of automated production in various application areas, showing how digital solutions can increase efficiency and reduce resource consumption. We look forward to meeting you at Booth 502 in Hall A5.
