Product layer

High-quality star products such as Easy series PLC, MD520, SV680 and IT7000 were exhibited. Among them, EasyPLC is a compact high-performance PLC, which can meet the requirements of strict volume, multi-axis operation control, communication networking, etc. MD520 is a high-performance inverter used to control and adjust the speed and torque of three-phase AC motor. The energy-saving algorithm of the built-in motor and the excellent motor drive performance help the textile equipment to save energy and reduce consumption; SV680 series servo drives provide automotive quality design standards and relatively complete reliability analysis and test methods.

Solution layer

Huichuan display of spinning frame all-electric three-in-one integration solution, double twist machine integrated solution, water jet loom & air jet loom integrated energy-saving solution, tenter setting machine solution, etc., well received by customers. In particular, MX direct drive motorized spindle has attracted the attention and consultation of many customers with its excellent product performance. Direct drive spindle is a high-speed, high-precision, high-efficiency motor system, widely used in textile equipment such as air jet loom and water jet loom, with the following characteristics:

It can output maximum peak torque, the maximum torque is increased by 50% compared with the first generation motor, and the best torque inertia ratio is designed combined with the process, effectively solve the problem of the boot gear of the rank, and the variety applicability can reach 99%.

Strong processability

The built-in gear submodel algorithm can automatically match different process parameters according to the different load process of the machine, and effectively spin the start and stop of thin file generation.

Minimal maintenance

The main shaft is directly connected, no transmission belt is required, the drive has built-in brake process, no brake disc is required, and the main shaft transmission mechanism is minimalist maintenance.
