Heavy new products special appearance
In the “intensive cultivation products are king” product special field, Yu Wenjin, general manager of Luoshi Robot R & D Center, presided over the unveiling ceremony of Luoshi Robot 2023 new product launch conference as a new product publisher.
Since launching the first industrial robot, Luoshi Robot has rapidly developed and expanded its robot product line by virtue of its advantages in core algorithms and underlying technologies. After several years of product iteration and detailed polishing, Luoshi Robot has continuously improved the reliability and movement speed of its products. With the external product line becoming comprehensive and perfect, Luoshi Robot has also carried out a lot of basic research and development and low-level accumulation work internally, accumulating strong technical capital.
Through the establishment of a global research and development system, Luoshi Robot further accelerates the introduction, digestion and absorption of the world’s leading robot industry talents and robot technology. In June last year, Luoshi Robot established a research and development center in Japan to accelerate the research and development of core key underlying technologies such as algorithms and flexible force control, and to lay out the research and development of large-load robot products. Less than half of this year, Luoshi Robot launched a new industrial large-load robot.
Chris WANG, chief scientist of Luoshi Robotics, took “Luoshi Industrial Robot product line and its reliability Research and development System” as the theme, and introduced the new industrial product line launched this time, as well as the research and development system and technical advantages of Luoshi electromechanical system.
According to Chris WANG, relying on the high-quality and reliable R & D system built by Luoshi Robot, based on the self-developed and efficient overall selection and verification method and high-performance xCore system, the company launched a total of 15 new industrial product lines including NB12, NB25, NB80 and NB220 series. The load range covers 10kg-220kg, the arm span covers 953mm-3201mm, and the whole line protection level is IP65 and above, and the wrist protection level is IP67, which can easily cope with harsh environments.
It is worth mentioning that the NB220 series of large-load industrial robots launched by Luoshi Robot includes three versions: NB220-150/3.2, NB220-170/2.7 and NB220-220/2.7, with a payload range of 150kg, 170kg and 220kg respectively. The working radius is 3201mm, 2705mm and 2705mm respectively. Under the same working condition, the longest long arm span of 3200mm and the large load of 220kg bring the NB220 stronger working ability and easily cope with the needs of large loads and long arm span operations.
Yu Wenjin, general manager of Luoshi Robot Research and Development Center, shared a report with the theme of “Excellent performance, extreme quality – A new generation of flexible collaborative robots leads thousands of intelligent manufacturing upgrades”, and introduced the collaboration product line xMate CR series and xMate SR series in detail. Yu Wenjin said in his speech that compared with the first generation of traditional cooperative robots, Luoshi’s new generation of flexible cooperative robots has been optimized and upgraded in many aspects such as torque sensors, achieving a qualitative leap from simple working tools to perception and control.
