In the virtual construction stage of the factory, Siemens has completed the virtual construction of the factory in the software system with the digital twin technology covering the factory demand analysis, layout design, production process simulation and virtual debugging. In the physical construction and operation stage, the big data analysis based on Siemens Industrial Cloud and its organic combination with the industrial Internet of Things system further optimize the production process, provide real-time and reliable data support for actual production, and realize digital manufacturing and management. SNC is also a green, efficient and low-carbon demonstration plant.
