Product Description

The 0-60063-1 is a PMI Regulator board for the Reliance Electric/Asea Brown Boveri SA3100 series.  SA3100 AC Power modules are inverters that are used with the AutoMax DPS that offers variable voltage and variable frequency.

The 0-60063-1 weighs approximately 1.69 pounds before the addition of the shipping materials we use like anti-static wrapping, padding, and internal and external boxing.

The 0-60063-1 can run  motor control algorithms, set up communications with the AutoMax UDC module via a fiber optic cable, and monitor drive operations.   It is designed with a PMI interface connector and associated processor circuitry, two fiber optic ports, Flex I/O connectors, and a resolver and drive I/O connector.

Meter port wiring is located in a removable terminal block connector on one board edge. This terminal block uses 14-22 AWG twisted wire to connect an analog device to the board.  The maximum wire length is 13 feet.

The 0-60063-1 mounts on four key pins.  When installing a new board, the board holes must be aligned with these key pins before the board is fastened into place.   Be sure to disconnect power and all other board connectors before removing the previous component.
