The 1756-PB75 is a Standard ControlLogix power supply. This power supply is a DC powered module, mainly used to deliver backplane power and enable module operation. This power supply is mounted on the left most side of a particular ControlLogix chassis.
The 1756-PB75 is compatible with most of ControlLogix chassis, particularly Series B and Series C 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, 1756-A17 chassis. When terminating incoming power connection to this power supply, recommended wire size is 2.5 mm2 or 14 American Wire Gauge (AWG) solid or stranded copper wire with insulation rating of 90 °C (194 °F), or higher and maximum insulation thickness of 1.2 mm (3/64 in.). Tighten screw with Torque of 0.565 N-m (5 lb-in).This power supply has physical dimension of 14.0 (H) x 11.2 (W) x 14.5 cm (D) (5.51 x 4.41 x 5.71 in and weighs 0.95 kg (2.10 lb).
The 1756-PB75 is externally powered by a nominal supply voltage of 24VDC with applicable voltage range of 18-32VDC. It has an input power rating of 95W and inrush current rating of 30A.
