Essential details:1794-IB16XOB16P Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller Module

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1794-IB16XOB16P Module is a Flex I/O DC Input/Output Module.  This open-style module has a 16-point 24 Volts DC sinking input, a 16-Point 24 Volts DC sourcing output, and a 24 Volts DC power supply. It is a programmable logic controller module that is electronically protected and has an IP 20 NEMA rated enclosure and a maximum wattage rating of 125 Watts. The 1794-IB16XOB16P Module requires only a standard network card to access data from the PLC master device via the Ethernet LAN. It connects to an AC500 series PLC and peripheral equipment and it is located in a central control room.  The PLC master device data is transmitted from I/O receiving data, it performs correlation processing and control, and the industry-standard Ethernet TCP/IP communication module (TB521ETH-) transfers it to industrial control computers at a transfer rate of 10 Mbit/m.

1794-IB16XOB16P Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller Module

The 1794-IB16XOB16P Module’s central processing unit (CPU) consists of a controller, an arithmetic module, and a chip register. The CPU is connected to the memory, the I/O interface, the programmer, and the power supply via a data bus, an address bus, a control bus, and a power bus. The 1794-IB16XOB16P module can be used in 2-wire systems and 4-wire systems and in single-ended and differential modes. After the development platform has been developed, the users need to set up the I/O and then they can assign a number to the CPU based on each module’s physical address.
