3500/22M Transient Data Interface Module
The 3500/22M Transient Data Interface module is a transient data interface module developed by Bently Nevada Corporation that functions as an interface to software compatible with the 3500 monitoring system (System 1 status monitoring and diagnostics software and 3500 System configuration software) for the collection of data.
TDI combines a 3500/20 rack interface module (RIM functionality) with a communication processor such as TDXnet to collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data and transmit the data over an Ethernet link to the host software, which interacts with M-series monitors (3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.).
The 3500/22M transient data interface module transfers data to the host software over an Ethernet link. It interacts with M-series monitors such as 3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.
Here is an overview of how the module works:
Data acquisition: The 3500/22M module is connected to the rack of the 3500 monitoring system through its interface to collect data from sensors and monitors.
Data processing: The module processes and analyzes the collected data, and extracts key parameters such as vibration, displacement, and velocity.
Data transfer: The processed data is transmitted over an Ethernet link to host software, such as System 1 condition monitoring and diagnostic software or other compatible software.
Data display and analysis: The host software receives and displays the transmitted data, enabling users to monitor and analyze the status of the device in real time.
Alarms and notifications: Depending on set thresholds and conditions, the module can trigger alarms and notifications to indicate an abnormal state or potential problem with the device.
In this way, the 3500/22M Transient Data interface module provides users with a convenient way to collect, transmit and analyze the vibration data of their equipment, helping them to monitor the health of their equipment, detect problems in advance and take appropriate maintenance measures.
