The module is a half-height, dual-channel module designed for use with the BENTLY 3500 series monitoring system. It has the following functions:

Two channels of vibration input
Measure velocity, acceleration and displacement
Bearing condition monitoring
Critical phase measurement
Harmonic analysis
Event record
The 3500/25 149369-01 module uses an advanced magnetic sensor or proximity probe to detect the alignment of the key phase marker with the key phase sensor on the shaft and convert the input signal into a digital key trust signal. This design allows the 3500 mechanical protection system to accept regular configurations of up to four key confidence numbers and paired configurations of up to eight key confidence numbers. The module’s enhanced Keyphasor signal processing capabilities provide higher performance than previous designs.

In addition, the 3500/25 149369-01 module provides enhanced Keyphasor signal processing capabilities while maintaining full backward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules for legacy systems in terms of shape, fit, and functionality.
