3500/25 149369-01 Keyphasor Module PWA
The 3500/25-PWA149369-01 is an enhanced bond phase module manufactured by Bently Nevada for mechanical condition monitoring systems. It is a semi-high dual channel module that transmits key confidence numbers to the monitor module in the 3500 rack. When the key phase marker on the axis is aligned with the key phase sensor, the module detects the alignment using a magnetic sensor or proximity probe and converts the input signal into a digital key trust signal. The 3500 Mechanical protection system can accept up to four key trust numbers for a regular setup and up to eight for a paired configuration. It provides enhanced Keyphasor signal processing capabilities compared to previous designs, while maintaining backward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules in terms of form, assembly, and functionality for use in systems.
