Front panel LED meaning:
OK LED (Light Emitting Diode) : The module shines when it is working properly
TX/RX LED: Used for transmission and reception, shining when the communication between the module and other modules in the frame is normal
CH ALARM LED: Lights up when the relay channel is in the alarm state
Relay type: Two single pole double throw (SPDT) relays, connected together to form a double pole double throw (DPDT) form seal form: epoxy seal; Contact life 100,000 times @5A, 24Vdc or 120Vdc; Working mode: Each channel can be switched through the switch, choose to normal condition no power or normal condition power
The 3500 system comes with two types of relay modules. The first is a 4-channel relay module. The module is suitable for most monitoring applications. It uses a relay to drive each channel out. The 4-channel relay module is a full-height module that provides 4 relay outputs. Any number of 4-channel relay modules can be placed in any slot on the right side of the frame interface module. Each relay output can be programmed using an AND (AND) and OR (OR) operator. The alarm driver logic for each relay channel can apply alarm inputs (warnings and hazards) from any monitor channel in the frame. Alarm driver logic application framework configuration software programming. The three common types of alarm drive logics are bus relays, dedicated relays, and stand-alone relays. Bus relays use an alarm drive logic that performs an “or” operation on all warning or danger signals in the frame to drive a single relay. The alarm driver logic for special relay applications drives a relay by performing an “or” operation on a warning or danger signal on a channel pair (channel l and channel 2 or channel 3 and channel 4) in the monitor. Independent relay application of the alarm driver logic, can make each alarm state (warning or danger) from a channel, to drive a separate relay.
