The 531X121PCRALG1 is a digital signal processor module commonly used in industrial automation and control. A NAMUR-compliant relay function is provided to allow remote transmission of two concentration alert levels and required maintenance, ongoing service, and instrument failure messages.
The comprehensive Modbus protocol allows for remote communication and device inquiry over RS485, and Ethernet connectivity is also optional.
Automatic verification and automatic calibration capabilities give users full flexibility to perform unmanned or remote operations, or use trend information to generate maintenance and reliability plans.
Hardware design:
Stainless steel piping, automatic range variation, fixed background gas compensation and measurement filtration are now standard.
The fully heated sample chamber eliminates the need for a sampling conditioning system for all samples with a dew point up to 50 degrees Celsius, reducing operating costs as well as initial system and integration costs, and is particularly suitable for measuring “wet” gases.
