The 6189-RDT10C is a 10 inch terminal with a display from the VersaView family manufactured by Allen Bradley. The 6189-RDT10C has a graphical color display along with a touchscreen. Its touch screen is an analog resistive screen and can be operated by a stylus or through finger with or without the gloves. While installing the 6189-RDT10C the cutouts should be 224 millimeters in height and 305 millimeters in depth. The minimum clearances for the device should be 51 millimeters from the top and the bottom and 25 millimeters from the sides. These clearances are required to maintain the air flow and ventilation to prevent heat built up around the enclosure. The ambient operating temperature around the 6189-RDT10C should be between 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is above 55 degrees Celsius, it is recommended to use cooling fans to lower the temperature, whereas if the temperature goes below 0 degrees Celsius heaters may be used to increase the temperature to the desired level.
