The power module is installed as an independent module in the electrical cabinet of the machine tool. Today, briefly introduce the wiring of the power module. Label the power module panel as follows:Then go through each interface one by one:

① – TB1: Output terminal of the DC power supply

The interface is connected with the DC input end of the spindle amplifier and servo amplifier to provide DC300V power supply for the spindle amplifier and servo amplifier.

Advantages

The Servo drive sends control signals to the amplifier and the amplifier amplifies the signals to a high power, which the motor can use.
