CE3008 M-series MQ Controller
The CE3008 m Series MQ controller is an Ethernet-based controller that is as fast as the MD Plus controller, provides the same configurable memory as the MD, and has enhanced memory processing power. Its main features are:
Full duplex Ethernet port with throughput up to 100MB/ s.
Self-addressing, the advantage of the DeltaV controller is the ability to automatically identify the DeltaV control, automatically assign an address when the controller is powered on, no DIP switch, no configuration, plug and play.
Self-positioning, LED flashes on the surface of the controller, provide strong visual cues to discover its physical location.
Automatic I/O detection, the controller can identify all I/O interface channels located on the subsystem, when the I/O interface is inserted, the controller knows the general characteristics of the field device managed by the I/O interface.
Data protection, all online changes made to the control parameters are automatically stored for later upload to the engineering database, and the system always keeps a complete record of all data.
Cold restart, this feature automatically restarts the controller in the event of a power failure, the restart is completely autonomous as the entire control policy is stored in the controller’s NVM RAM.
Support for advanced operations, equipped with an MQ controller to handle DeltaV batch processing options, and advanced control features such as neural networks and model predictive control.
