The IC694TBB032 is a terminal block component that is mainly part of the PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) series. This series is formerly produced by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP) however, recently acquired by Emerson Automation. This module is a 36-pin, box-style terminal block that comes with screw-type connections. The IC694TBB032 is designed to be used with High-density I/O modules particularly, discrete input and output modules. It is also compatible with some Series 90-30 I/O modules. This terminal assembly comes in Two (2) parts, the module cover and the terminal block itself. These components are assembled together which is then attached to the I/O module. Recommended wire size for signal termination must be # 14-26 American Wire Gauge (AWG), solid or stranded copper wire. Each conductor must be stripped at a maximum length of 0.310 inches o7 7.87 mm from the tip to properly terminate. The terminal block is also provided with a stripping reference at the bottom which can be used to comply with the recommended stripping length. Each connection must be tightened up to 7 lb-in. Removable terminal blocks such as the IC694TBB032 are designed to provide modularity and ease of maintenance. In case of a module failure, the electronic assembly can be easily replaced without the need of dismantling the existing connections. This effectively lessens the downtime or maintenance time of the module and simplifies the troubleshooting method however, during replacement of electronics assembly, it is recommended to remove power from the module to prevent possible equipment damage.

The GE Fanuc IC694TBB032 terminal block is a terminal block from the RX3i series. It is equipped with 36 pins for connections. The front of the block has a terminal block door and the rear end of the block is designed with open architecture. The outer cover of the block has thicker insulation than the inner section to accommodate the thicker wires. The terminal block is a box-style block and it is made of high-quality materials. It is a high strength and compact component. This box-style terminal block is 0.5 inches deep and is able to accommodate the 0.31-inch strip wire. The IC694TBB032 terminal block can be used with high-density modules and I/O modules. The box has screw terminals that are used for making the connections.

The IC694TBB032 terminal block have the same depth as the PAC systems and the GE Series 90-30 modules. The block supports wire gauges between 14 and 26 AWG. The wires may be solid or stranded.
