IC755CSS15CDA GE Operator Interface Terminal
The IC755CSS15CDA carries certification and compliance from multiple certifying bodies such as UL 60950, CE (EN 60950-1, EN 61000-6-4, 61000-6-2), FCC Part15 Class A, IP65F (JEM 1030), CUL Mark – US/CAN Zone 2, ATEX Zone 2*, NEMA 4X and RoHS. The device’ cooling methodology is natural convection with operating temperature of 0degrees C to +55degrees C.
The IC755CSS15CDA terminal is a GE Fanuc plug and play terminal. It has screen size of 15 inches and it uses a projected capacitive screen. It offers a multi-touch control option. An ARM Cortex A8 processor is present in the terminal for all of its processing and operation needs. The operator terminal runs with 24 Volts DC voltage. The terminal has a GE monogram bezel and it comes in a small enclosure. The conformally-coated enclosure can be installed even in small spaces by using a mounting gasket. This 15-inch quick panel has a display resolution of SVGA 1024 x 768 pixels. The rear side of the terminal comes with serial I/O ports with an RS-232 5-pin connector and a single RS-485 communication port. For additional peripheral devices, the IC755CSS15CDA terminal is equipped with 2 USB ports (Type A and Type B). The terminal has multimedia capabilities and it has a single audio output port.
The IC755CSS15CDA terminal has an LED indicator that alert the operators about different things along with an onboard buzzer. The LED indicator illuminates in amber, green, and red for different events. The terminal uses the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system. The operating system supports web browsing and remote network connectivity. The IC755CSS15CDA terminal meets different industrial standards and compliance ratings. It has been certified for ATEX Zone 2 environments. The terminal temperature is maintained by using the convection cooling method and the temperature of the device should be set between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius. The IC755CSS15CDA terminal consumes a maximum of 30 Watts of power. The terminal supports sequential function and function block diagrams for programming.
