With the cutting-edge control units of the KeControl C5 series, KEBA sets new standards in automation technology. The controller is equipped with an ultra-compact high-performance cpu. KEBA’s self-developed EtherCAT hardware device reduces jitter time on the bus while enabling real-time communication. The interface board has a variety of standard interfaces, which can easily meet the requirements of individual customers.
The KeControl C5 stands out for its comprehensive modular design and open hardware architecture, so the C5 series offers flexible scalability. Expansion boards for any form of KEBA or the customer’s technical modules can be mounted directly on the left side of the control unit. To the right of the control unit, you can install our KeConnect C5 I/O module. This gives more power to many applications.

The CP 505/x is the most compact control unit in the KeControl C5 series. It is fanless and stands out with its compact space design and unbeatable price/performance ratio. It is the best controller for traditional control tasks as well as applications requiring greater processing power. With onboard CAN and serial interfaces, all tasks can be solved efficiently and cost-effectively. Our EtherCAT bus and CPU computing power from single to quad-core processors guarantee optimal performance.
The C5 series control units are available in two sizes and four performance levels. They can handle anything from traditional control tasks to high-end applications with super computing power. You can simply adjust our controls to suit your specific automation project. At KEBA, we conduct a variety of internal performance tests, and we classify controllers into standard performance levels. This makes it easier to compare performance and find the right CPU.
