APPLICATION

The working principle of the asynchronous servo motor is based on the electromagnetic principle, and the relative motion between the stator winding and the rotor magnetic field is converted into the rotating shaft output. The stator windings are powered by a power source to generate a rotating magnetic field, while the rotor has a magnetic material inside that can be affected by the stator’s magnetic field. When the power supply is added to the stator winding, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field, which will exert a certain power on the rotor, but because the rotor is affected by its own inertia, friction and load, it cannot immediately reach the same speed as the stator, so it will produce a certain torque difference.

To reduce this torque difference, the asynchronous servo motor uses a feedback control system to monitor the position and speed of the rotor. This system measures the actual rotor position and speed and compares it with the desired position and speed. By comparison, the actual torque difference can be calculated, and the current input can be adjusted accordingly to achieve the feedback control of the rotor. In this way, during the operation of the motor, the rotor can gradually approach the desired rotation speed and position according to the adjustment of the feedback control system.

The main control of the asynchronous servo motor utilizes sensors and electronic controllers to achieve accurate power output and rotation speed adjustment, which helps to improve production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, it is widely used in automated production lines, robots, semiconductor equipment, medical equipment, aerospace, precision machinery and other fields.
