The MTL BPHM64 baseboard is a safety gate baseboard with the installation capacity required for a 4×MTL4842 HART interface module. One MTL4841 communication module and four MTL4842 HART interface modules need to be installed on the mainboard. At the same time, the base plate also has HART isolation gate connectors, which can be used to connect four DIN41651 20-way strip cables (16 HART signal connections +4 common loop on each cable) to HART signals via screw crimping terminal interfaces or custom base plates. In addition, the base plate weighs about 296g, excluding modules and accessories. The MTL BPHM64 baseplate also offers a DIN rail (T or G) mount and a stand interface bus connector for a 10-way strip socket. In addition, the baseplate has an RS485 port with a 2.51 square mm screw crimping terminal.
