Five, the working principle

The PR6426/010-140 sensor forms an oscillator with the preprocessor CON021/916-240. When the sensor probe is close to the metal object, the eddy current effect will be generated between the probe and the object to be measured, and the relevant physical quantity information of the object to be measured can be obtained by measuring the change of the eddy current effect. The preprocessor processes and amplifies the signal generated by the sensor, and outputs an AC voltage signal proportional to the shaft vibration. The user can adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface as needed until the desired signal is obtained from the output of the preprocessor.

6. Installation and maintenance

When installing, follow the instructions in the product manual to ensure that the sensor is properly connected and secured to the preprocessor.
