Product Description
The PXIe-7846 is a high-performance PXI Express multi-function reconfigurable I/O module manufactured by National Instruments (NI). It features a user-programmable Kintex-7 160T FPGA capable of sampling at 500 kS/s, making it ideal for applications requiring precise timing and control, such as hardware-in-the-loop testing, custom protocol communication, sensor simulation, and high-speed control.
The main features of this module include:
Eight analog input (AI) channels for differential and single-ended measurements.
Eight analog output (AO) channels, providing 16-bit resolution and 1 μs update time.
48 digital I/O (DIO) lines, including 16 timed digital lines.
Each channel has a dedicated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for independent timing and triggering.
Point-to-point data streaming is supported to transfer data directly to other PXI Express modules.
Integrated 10 digital I/O lines, 4 counters/clocks, digital trigger and push timing.
