peripheral component interconnect express (PCIE) is a high-speed serial computer extension bus standard, mainly used to expand the computer system bus data throughput and improve device communication speed.
PCIE is essentially a full-duplex connection bus, and the amount of data transmitted is determined by the number of lanes. In general, one connection channel lane is called X1, and each channel lane is composed of two pairs of data lines, one pair of transmit and one pair of receive, and each pair of data lines contains two difference lines. That is, the X1 has only 1 lane, 4 data lines, and 1bit of data transmission per clock in each direction. By analogy, the X2 has 2 lanes, consisting of 8 data lines, and each clock transmits 2 bits.
