Product Description
Main functions: VM600 IOC16T monitoring module is mainly used for vibration monitoring, which can detect the vibration of equipment or mechanical parts, including vibration speed, acceleration, displacement and other parameters. In addition, the module can also monitor other states of mechanical parts, such as temperature, pressure, etc., to help users understand the operating status of the equipment in real time.
Technical features: The module has the data acquisition capability, and can transmit the vibration data and other parameters monitored to the monitoring system or data recorder for subsequent analysis and processing. It is usually equipped with multiple independent monitoring channels, each of which can be configured and monitored independently to achieve simultaneous monitoring of multiple equipment or mechanical components. With communication interfaces, such as Ethernet, serial interface, etc., to achieve data communication and remote monitoring with other devices or monitoring systems.
Application scenario: VM600 IOC16T monitoring module is widely used in various industrial equipment vibration monitoring and mechanical condition monitoring, such as wind turbines, compressors, pumps and so on.
Product specifications: With 16 dynamic channels and 4 speed channels, asynchronous or synchronous sampling is possible, and data is collected on all channels at the same time. The module also features 24-bit data acquisition capabilities, high signal-to-noise ratio data processing, and high-resolution FFT of up to 6,400 lines every 500 milliseconds. Designed to work with VibroSight software, the system ensures high performance and reliability.
Hardware features: The IOC16T input/output card contains a terminal band connector for the transmission cable connecting the sensor and the signal regulator, and has electromagnetic interference and surge protection to meet EMC standards. The card also provides signal conditioning such as pulse shaping, level adjustment, and AC/DC selection.
Communication capability: Support for a multi-drop RS-485 serial connection to the CPU M module of the VM600 rack via a VMEbus and an Ethernet link, or directly isolated via an RJ connector provided on the IOC16T.
Installation: The IOC16T card is installed in the rear of the VM600 rack and is connected directly to the rack backplane through two connectors.
Product details: The VM600 IOC16T includes 16 dynamic channels and 4 RPM channels with up to 20 processing outputs per dynamic channel and per dual channel (12 per XMC16). It utilizes asynchronous or synchronous sampling to capture data simultaneously across all channels and is designed to work with VibroSight software.

Relay configuration: Contains local relays that can be triggered by specific alarm signals under software control.

APPLICATION
Motor monitoring: VM600 IOC16T can be used to monitor the vibration state of the motor and detect motor faults in time.
Pump fan monitoring: The module is suitable for monitoring the vibration state of the pump fan to help find the fault of the pump fan in time.
Bearing monitoring: used to monitor the vibration state of bearings, timely detection of bearing failures.
Mechanical equipment Vibration monitoring: In addition to the specific applications mentioned above, the VM600 IOC16T can also be used for vibration monitoring of other mechanical equipment.
Combustion condition monitoring: The VM600 IOC16T can be used as a combustion condition monitoring module with 16 dynamic channels and 4 tachometer channels, each of which is a differential signal input design and supports operation with VibroSight software.
