The GE Fanuc / SBS VIPC616, a 4-slot 6U VME IndustryPack carrier, supports I/O, ID, memory, and interrupt functions. The 6U carrier provides mechanical mounting and the electrical interface from the VME backplane to 4 single-wide or 2 double-wide IndustryPacks. 50-pin ribbon cables connect the IndustryPack I/O at the front panel.

The IGBT high-frequency control board mainly adopts SG3525A as PWM pulse formation. The output pulse frequency ranges from 20KHz to 60KHz. The pulse interval is 180 degrees each other, and the dead time can be adjusted by itself. It is suitable for frequency modulation and power regulation of IGBT full bridge inverter series resonant induction heating device.
Power range: 10KW – 120KW, the control board wiring is less, centralized control, no need to debug, working power supply voltage for three AC double 18V/1A and four 22V/0.5A power supply.
With over current, over voltage, but water, a variety of state indicators, and provides switching type Hall protection interface and linear Hall protection interface, a full bridge inverter IGBT drive circuit, this board can be directly assembled IGBT high frequency induction heating device.
